About Prof. Souaiaia

AHMED E. SOUAIAIA, a member of the faculty at the University of Iowa, with joint appointment in International Studies, Religious Studies, History, and College of Law, is the author of a number of essays, articles, and books. His research portfolio includes topics on Islamic economics, wealth and inequity, and human rights. In addition to original works, Dr. Souaiaia translated a number of influenced Arabic works into English and his own work was translated in Arabic, Persian, and Urdu. His teaching and mentoring portfolio includes undergraduate courses, graduate seminars, and continued professional and legal education symposia.
